Account Creation & Security

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Zb1 users are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using this platform. Using the platform for unlawful purposes, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that causes harm to others is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to use automated software, bots, or any other unauthorised methods to access or manipulate zb1's systems. Any attempt to exploit technical bugs, system vulnerabilities, or payment errors must be reported to us and must not be exploited for personal gain.
The following actions may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice:
- Providing false information during registration or verification.
- Fraudulent attempts in transactions or bonus claims.

Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the zb1 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal requirements are as stated in your account section. Accepted payment methods include local bank transfers, FPX, and approved digital wallets.
Zb1 uses high-standard encryption to protect all your financial information. Fund withdrawals are processed in accordance with established verification procedures and may require identity confirmation before approval. We reserve the right to hold or suspend any withdrawal deemed suspicious pending the outcome of an investigation.
Bonuses and promotions are subject to separate wagering requirements. Any bonus obtained through unauthorised means or fraud will be forfeited in full. Payments that have been verified and processed cannot be reversed by the user.
